Before all the ideas become a personalized sketch, our exclusive design representative will have 3 pre-chat (45 mins/each) with our clients to collect all the details from them.
It takes time, and patience to create an ideal sketch, it also comes with tons of different explanations, simply as colors and what style of the dress, and more complicated as what's the structure of making a dress, how it needs to be done, and how are we going to make it happen for our clients!
The sketch fee will transfer to the balance.
