We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
Dance Life NYC Return & Exchange Policy:
Dance Wear (Not custom made)
- 100% refund - If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery.
- We offer a 30-days Return & Refunds Policy, since the day item was received.
Costumes and Exclusive Design
All personalized items are non refundable.
Simple Return 2 Steps:
- Please kindly make sure the items must be
- a. Unwashed
- b. Undamaged
- c. Have the original tags attached
- d. The original packaging.
2. Please email to service@dancelifenyc.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Important Note: Dance Life NYC will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, as well as a $5 additional charge for any dress bag and packaging fee.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email in 72 hours, notifying about the status of the refund.
- When the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
